    Wallet : 1.5% of the Fee Amount.

  3. The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally reach the Rishta Point Solution account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that payment is deposited in the account of Rishta Point solution. Rishta Point solution shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

  4. The Fee deposited through online mode shall be considered to have been made, if the candidate after depositing the fee is able to obtain the Payment Acknowledgment Slip. Thus, all candidates are strongly advised to print acknowledgment slip and keep it in their safe custody for future reference, if required.

  5. Please note that mere usage of this facility or submission of online fee through this facility does not confirm membership of Rishta Point solution. The confirmation of membership of the candidate shall be subject to the compliance of the credentials to the eligibility criteria laid in the terms and conditions of service and verification and/or submission of certificates/documents if any required by Rishta Point Solution for such purposes.

Safety while using online payment gateway

Every payment transaction you do on rishtapointsolution.com is 100% secure. All payments are processed using highly secured BillDesk Payment Gateway. This gateway uses one of the highest security levels available in the industry. To provide you with highest level of security of the sensitive data Rishta Point solution does not collect and store any payment related data (Credit/Debit Card and Account details). We redirect you to secure site of our Payment Gateway partners to enter sensitive payment data directly on the interface provided by them.

Rishtapointsolution.com uses third party payment gateway and failure in these gateways would be communicated to the users as it is. Extra currency/conversion/charges/deductions/error issues from payment gateway shall not be the responsibility of Rishtapointsolution.com

Refund Policy

All membership purchases at Rishta Point Solution are final.

Service Provider does not refund or cancel any membership fees.

Membership is co-extensive with the profile. Membership expires as soon as the profile is deleted or terminated, and cannot be reactivated. No refunds will be made in case profile is deleted or inactivated or terminated.

Technical issue : In case of any technical issue during the time of online payment due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official ERP but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement thereafter the Rishta Point Solution’s account receives the payment. We manually submit the payment in our ERP. It should take 20-30 working days for the payment to be credited in Rishta Point Solution’s account.

Multiple Payments Case : If double payment happens and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, Rishta Point Solution will refund the payment after the Rishta Point Solution’s account receives payment, which should take 20-30 working days for the back payment.

Other Payments Case : In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in online payment, the candidate has to directly contact Rishta Point Solution and the Rishta Point Solution’s decision would be final

Any exceptions to refund policy will be made at the sole discretion of Rishta Point Solution.

Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees will have to be claimed within 7 dyas from the date of registration of the profile and will be processed within 3 weeks.

In case of international credit/debit card the Payment Gateway will convert it to equivalent amount in your local currency at the time of refund. The currency conversion rate at the time of refund will be applicable here. In addition, banks and issuing authorities may deduct some additional fee which Service Provider will not be responsible for.

Activation of Package

Ideally, for online payment using Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking, the account/membership plan will be activated within 72 hours of completion of payment. If you are using check/cheque/draft, then the account/membership plan will be activated within 72 hours after the payment realization in Service Provider account. In case of Public holidays/National Holidays/Bank Holidays or in case of any technical issue in payment clearance this activation may take some more time.

All services which are defined by any Time Period indicated in Months shall imply one month to be equal to 30 days only and for any longer duration services the total duration in days will be the number of months multiplied by 30.

Expiry of Package

Your package will expire once the duration for which you have purchased membership is over. You can renew your package 2 days prior to its expiration to continue accessing the features. However the renewal of your package will be subject to the approval of Rishta Point Solution management.

Disputes Resolution

All disputes arising out of services provided by Rishta Point Solution shall be subjected to the territorial jurisdiction of Kamrup(M).

In case of settlement of the dispute in favour of Rishta Point Solution, the opposite party shall have to bear/reimburse all the expenses/charges incurred by Rishta Point Solution with regards to the dispute.
